This recipe is all about honoring authentic flavor, technique, and family legacy — the kind that shows up at the dinner table and the farmers market alike.
🔥 Main Dish: Grilled Steak & Veggie Skewers🛒 Ingredients1.5–2 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1½-inch cubes 1 red bell pepper, chopped into squares 1 zucchini, sliced thick 1 red onion, quartered Olive oil, salt, pepper
